As tasty as ice cream but made only with fresh fruit and no added sugar, it is a dream healthy treat.
This one is made with mango, but you can flavour it with any frozen fruit or berries you fancy (raspberry works really well) or even add a tsp of cocoa for a super chocolately treat!
INGREDIENTS (serves 1):
1/2 frozen banana
1 handful frozen mango
4 tbsp Greek yoghurt
desiccated coconut to top (optional)
Simply pop all the ingredients into a blender and whizz for a minute or two until all the fruit is blended.
Pour into a ramekin or glass, and if you want, re-freeze for a few minutes to set it into an ice cream consistency.
Sprinkle with coconut if desired and enjoy!
