INGREDIENTS
1 apple, cored
1/2 a beetroot
1 dice sized cube fresh ginger
1 large handful spinach
METHOD
Throw all the ingredients into a blender with a handful of ice cubes and 200ml cold water.
Blend until smooth, adding more water if required
